The Solutions Analyst is a high-impact individual contributor role that helps to drive revenue and profitability growth at MedSpeed by creating the most efficient logistics networks possiblethrough the use ofstate-of-the-art software and analytics that meet the needs of current and future clientsThe analyst is at the forefront of establishing MedSpeed as the leading provider of last mile logistics solutions for healthcare systemsThis role plans, directs, and executes transportation evaluation and design assessments with healthcare networks, hospital organizations, andclinical testing labs by collaborating with client representatives, building logistics networks that meet the client’s needs, and estimating the costs of these networks accurately to help ensure competitive pricing through analyst-led research and collaboration with internal partners in Finance, Commercial, and Operations
How You Will Contribute:
- Design appropriate MedSpeedTransportation Solution options with state-of-the-art routing software to address customer needs identified in the evaluation assessment, with a focus on both requested as well as total logistics needs
- Create accurate financial expense proformas for routed solutions
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to create reports and presentations for delivery, including pricing methodology,through the contracting process
- Interview key transportation stakeholders at client organizations, evaluate the current transportation network, and support the quantification of a transportation-spend benchmark
- Support the implementation and deployment of new solutions, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to existing processes
- Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture
- All other job duties as assigned, including business development support for analysis related to new service line opportunities and contributing to the improvement and creation of internal tools as well as the standardization of customer-facing materials related to essential duties
Skills For Success:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of relevant analysis experience or solutions development
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis skills; Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong customer relations skills; demonstrated ability to interact with decision makers at all levels.
- Must have excellent attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative work style, able to work well within and across departments
- Process-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement, excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to model, measure and drive profitability.
- Ability to operate with high energy flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL-based analysis and Tableau preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- 1+ year of healthcare, sales support, or implementation experience preferred

The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on factors like experience, skills, and location. A discretionary bonus is also available.
