Job Description

We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst who can bridge business needs with scalable technology solutions. This role goes beyond requirement gathering into  solution design, feasibility analysis, and value realization, ensuring that IT initiatives align with business strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Solution Analysis

• Understand business objectives, challenges, and operational workflows
• Translate requirements into  end-to-end solution designs
• Perform  fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches (build vs buy vs automate)

2. Solution Design & Architecture Support

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define solution frameworks
• Create  high-level solution diagrams and workflows
• Ensure solutions are  scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture
• Contribute to system integration design

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key interface between business users, product owners, and IT teams
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions
• Drive consensus and ensure alignment on proposed solutions

4. Digital & Transformation Initiatives

• Identify opportunities for  process optimization and automation
• Support initiatives involving  RPA, AI, cloud, and data platforms
• Contribute to  digital transformation roadmaps

5. Documentation & Governance

• Prepare BRDs, solution design documents (SDDs), and user stories
• Maintain traceability from requirements to delivered solution
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and standards

6. Implementation & Delivery Support

• Work closely with development teams during build phase
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and validate solution outcomes
• Assist in change management and business adoption

• Experience with:
  • Business process modeling 
  • Requirement management tools 
• Good understanding of:
  • System integrations (APIs, middleware)
  • Data flows and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with:
  • Cloud platforms 

Methodologies

• Hands-on experience in  Agile / Scrum / SAFe
• Knowledge of  SDLC and product lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to  RPA ( Automation Anywhere) and/or  AI/ML use cases
• Experience in  solution evaluation

Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Solution Analysis roles
• Experience in IT services, consulting, or product organizations
