Site Business Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Business Controller to join our Finance team controlling key warehouse operation site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and improving site-level profitability through close collaboration with both Finance and Operation teams. You will report to Korea Finance Manager and work closely with three other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness of financial data by establishing and maintaining effective internal controls.
• Support the monthly financial closing process by overseeing and reviewing activities performed by GSC (Global service center).
• Advise and support day-to-day accounting in close collaboration with GSC
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze site-level profitability and provide financial guidance to the operations team to support business decisions.

What we are looking for

• 4–10 years of experience in Finance or logistics, warehousing industry.
• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms, Process improvement consulting is a plus.
• Hands on experience with financial or operation systems
• Language : Fluent in Korean and able to communicate effectively in English
• Self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities
• Able to work under pressure and ability to overcome challenges with positive mindset
