Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming client leads, assess their requirements, and recommend tailored business setup strategies.
• Present suitable expansion plans for clients while identifying untapped markets and potential collaborations.
• Deliver personalized recommendations based on client activities, goals, and market opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of essential documentation to ensure compliant and seamless setups.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and leverage client portfolios for referrals and upselling.
• Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes, proactively addressing any impacts on business processes.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the range of service offerings.
• Contribute to company growth through proactive strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of business setup experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of business structures, licensing, permits, and registration processes in the UAE.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail, especially in paperwork and legal documentation.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse clientele and industries.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
