This role offers a blend of home-based working and travel within the North West/North Staffs and South Yorkshire area to visit learners in their workplace, therefore candidates must be based within the North. In addition, there will be a requirement to attend training sessions and team meetings in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands.
Deliver engaging, innovative, and effective training sessions to apprentices in Business Admin, Customer Services and Recruitment apprenticeships.
Facilitate inspiring induction programmes that set learners up for success.
Plan and deliver creative schemes of work that meet apprenticeship standards and occupational requirements.
Deliver/support with English and Maths Functional Skills qualifications up to Level 2.
Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment that encourages participation and achievement.
Manage apprentices' Individual Learning Programmes (ILPs) and closely monitor learner progress.
Conduct initial assessments and use outcomes to set appropriate yet challenging targets.
Assess occupational qualifications and apprenticeship portfolios against awarding body requirements.
Provide regular, constructive, and developmental feedback that supports learner progression.
Conduct meaningful progress reviews, documenting achievements and identifying development opportunities.
Carry out timely workplace visits and one-to-one coaching sessions to support apprentice progress and achievement.
Support learners to overcome barriers and stay on track to complete their programmes successfully.
Drive excellent attendance, retention, and achievement rates.
Build positive relationships with apprentices and employers.
Encourage continuous improvement and high standards of performance.
Inspire apprentices to maximise their potential and achieve their career goals.
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about teaching, learning, and learner success.
An engaging and confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
Experienced in delivering apprenticeship training and assessing learner portfolios.
Knowledgeable in English and Maths Functional Skills delivery up to Level 2.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied caseload of apprentices.
Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and positive outcomes.
