Summary

Are you an experienced administrative professional who thrives on improving operations, streamlining processes, and leading teams? Do you want to put your organizational and business expertise to work improving access to behavioral health services for individuals and families across Prince William County? Prince William County Community Services is seeking a motivated Business Services Analyst to support our ACCESS program, the primary point of entry for individuals seeking behavioral health and substance use services. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and leadership skills, along with experience managing administrative operations in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

About This Role:

In this role, you'll provide administrative leadership and operational oversight to the Same Day ACCESS Administrative Team. You'll manage daily operations, coordinate staff coverage, oversee workflow, and set performance expectations to ensure smooth, high-quality administrative service delivery. You'll also monitor and help implement ACCESS performance measures and evaluate procedures and workflows for compliance with DBHDS and agency requirements. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll drive quality improvement initiatives, identifying trends, setting performance goals, and recommending process improvements. You'll also partner with the ACCESS Program Manager to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for administrative staff supporting Same Day ACCESS.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in an administrative role in healthcare operations
  • 1 year of experience in supervising professional administrative staff

Preferences:

  • Experience coordinating and monitoring administrative operations, workflows, or business processes in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments.
  • Experience in coordinating/scheduling customer intakes, registration, check-in processes and workflows, EHR support, and /or daily front-door operations.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring and completing performance evaluations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Experience in Healthcare/behavioral health administration
  • Experience using Electronic Behavioral Health Record

Special Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must pass DMV record check
  • Must pass TB test
  • Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate passing a fingerprint-based national criminal history record check.
  • Child Protective Services Requirements: Effective 1999, mandated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, 12VA35-105-400 rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services related to Criminal Registry Checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglect maintained by the Department of Social Services.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Starting Salary Range: $65,910.00 - $119,905.50 Annually
