Inclusion is embedded in how we work and how we deliver sustained impact for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to business unit teams;Manage and organize proposals, reports, and other documents (preparation, formatting, scanning, and physical/digital filing);Update data in online platforms and internal tools;Provide administrative support and manage Risk Management procedures;Handle requests from clients, managers, and project teams;Issue and monitor invoicing processes;Create and follow up on purchase orders;Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting room bookings;Manage mail, office supplies, and other office administrative services.ProfileHigh school diploma (12th grade), vocational qualification, or equivalent/higher education;Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken;Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook);Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution;Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, both internally and externally;Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented attitude;Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience;Open-minded with an international outlook.We spark curiosity so you can do inspiring work.
