We are looking for ambitious, driven Business Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team representing Bord Gáis Energy.
In this role, you’ll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, meeting customers face-to-face to introduce competitive gas and electricity solutions designed to help them reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and building strong business relationships, with the chance to earn strong commission while developing a successful sales career.
Please note: A full Irish/EU driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
Proactively generate new business through field-based prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and appointment setting
Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their energy needs
Present and promote competitive gas and electricity solutions from Bord Gáis Energy
Negotiate and close deals with businesses of varying sizes
Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Manage your own territory and sales pipeline effectively
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Represent the company professionally and strengthen our presence in the market
Proven experience in B2B sales (energy, utilities, telecoms, or similar sectors is an advantage)
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with strong resilience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners
Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
Full Irish/EU driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
€30,000 base salary
€6,000 car allowance
Competitive commission structure with OTE €42,000+
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (No weekends or bank holidays)
