As a Business Risk Specialist, you will join the central TPRM Other Third Parties team within the TPRM function located in Krakow or Wroclaw. As a member of this team, you will support the TPRM organization by assisting and driving initiatives related to regulatory developments, updates to the TPRM Framework, TPRM control environment and execution of the overall TPRM OTP Framework. As part of your responsibilities, you will build relationships with various stakeholders and gain valuable experience within TPRM and with other Business Divisions and Group Functions.
• at least 3 years of financial or insurance experience
• experience in risk management, including third party risk management, compliance, legal or audit
• very good communication skills, including presentation to business stakeholders across Business Divisions and Group Functions
• very good written and spoken English
• advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel – Power BI and Alteryx as additional asset
• very good analytical skills
• ability to work in a team
• very good organizational skills and flexible approach
