You’ll be working in the Asset Management Chief Operating Officer [COO] organization in Business Risk Management. Our team provides support to the AM COO in the areas of front-to-back operational risk management. In this role, you will work closely with Business Managers, Regional Operating Officers, control functions both at a global and regional level to supports them through centralization of MI and analytics, enabling data-driven risk oversight, thematic analysis and decision-making across AM. You will ensure delivery of high-quality management information, advanced analytics and insight generation to support Asset Management’s Non-Financial Risk framework
• A University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field
• Strong experience in risk analytics, management information, or data-driven roles
• Strong workload and time management skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions in a matrix environment
• Ability to manage stakeholders and objectives with conflicting priorities across functions and businesses
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of the Non-Financial Risk framework, including issues, RCSA and risk appetite assessment processes
• Organized, detail-oriented and pragmatic, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to learn tools for transforming and visualizing data (knowledge of Alteryx, AI tools and/or Power BI is a plus)
This role expects a high level of self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and resilience. You are an energetic and motivated person who enjoys working under pressure, who is confident in engaging in constructive debates and open to receiving feedback.
You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
