Job Description

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Mode: Full-Time, Onsite

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist to implement and manage business continuity and resilience activities, including BIA, BCP, DRP, crisis management and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
  • Coordinate Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) with IT teams.
  • Support crisis management and emergency response activities.
  • Plan and conduct tabletop exercises, simulations and recovery tests.
  • Track business continuity risks and remediation actions.
  • Assess supplier/business continuity risks.
  • Conduct awareness and training sessions.
  • Support ISO 22301 readiness, audits and certification activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Business Continuity/Resilience/Crisis Management.
  • Hands-on experience with BIA, BCP and DRP.
  • Experience conducting continuity exercises and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of BCMS and ISO 22301.
  • Strong English and fluent Arabic.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CBCI, CBCP, MBCI or equivalent certification is preferred.
