About this Role

We are seeking a Business Continuity and Crisis Management professional to strengthen organisational resilience across VOIS India centres. This role is central to designing, implementing, and governing robust continuity and crisis frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 and Group standards. The individual will play a critical role in safeguarding operations through structured planning, effective response coordination, and continuous improvement of resilience capabilities.

What you’ll do

Establish, implement, and maintain the ISO 22301-aligned Business Continuity Management System across all business units and locations. Lead Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), identifying critical processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements. Develop, review, and enhance Business Continuity Plans, including recovery strategies and communication protocols. Plan and execute continuity drills, simulations, and testing programmes to ensure readiness and improvement. Lead BCM audits, drive closure of findings, and maintain audit readiness. Align with technology teams to ensure Disaster Recovery strategies are current and tested. Drive awareness, training, and capability-building initiatives across teams and stakeholders. Maintain dashboards, reporting, and programme updates for leadership and global stakeholders. Coordinate crisis response, including activation of Crisis Management Teams and communication protocols. Provide real-time updates, risk insights, and decision support during crisis situations. Conduct post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement in crisis readiness. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, regulators, and authorities where required.

Who you are

Experienced in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or organisational resilience within complex, global environments.Knowledgeable in ISO 22301, BCM frameworks, and enterprise risk management practices. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and influencing across diverse teams. Able to analyse risks, interpret data, and provide actionable insights during critical situations. Strong communicator with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders. [Holds a graduate qualification; professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, or DRI are advantageous. Comfortable providing on-call support during incidents when required
