Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on products, markets, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making
Prepare structured insights on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, with a focus on the product portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, structure, and interpret data and insights
Develop and maintain research reports and knowledge materials to identify growth and optimization opportunities
Identify product-related business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations
Deliver clear, timely insights and analytical summaries to support cross-departmental initiatives
Translate research findings into concise presentations and reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
Continuously monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure competitiveness and market alignment
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a research-focused or analytical role
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with structured and unstructured data
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Exposure to business strategy or multidisciplinary environments is a plus
Experience supporting senior leadership is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
