About this role

Are you intellectually curious? Do you have a knack for solving puzzles? Do you want to make an impact? If yes, then this role is right for you. As a Business Research Analyst at Infomineo, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with their research needs across different regions and industries.

You will be joining one of our teams and working from the office you’ve applied to. This is a client facing role in which you will work closely with clients to answer their business questions through delivery of outstanding quality research based on credible sources and solid research methodologies. The subjects you will be working on will be rarely the same. You will be challenged in this role, but also supported, by your managers, Professional Development Coach and peers, to grow and acquire the skills you need to reach your professional potential.

What you will do?

• Structure a research methodology and perform research to source data from open and proprietary sources
• Validate the credibility of sources & suggest alternatives if the required data is unavailable
• Identify different types of data and interpret results
• Set up and undertake data collection methods including telephone and in-person interviews
• Synthesize & package data in a structured manner
• Deliver results and solutions in a timely fashion
• Keep internal and external stakeholders informed and updated about assignment progress in a punctual manner
• Use your creativity and expertise to support Infomineo’s internal development projects

Who you are?

Background & linguistic skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or any relevant field
• Min. 2 years of experience in relevant fields (ideally related to research)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus (e.g.: Portuguese, French, Italian)

Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized & systematic
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems
• Excellent numerical skills & ability to interpret quantitative figures
• Good understanding of business and economic concepts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus (including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
