EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Reporting Analyst. You will support the EAME region and EAME leadership team with business insights and analytics on key Services Growth and Governance topics. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop key insights to drive the business forward in support of the EAME Distribution Must Wins

  • Deliver analysis & visualization for strategic governance meetings and projects across EAME (e.g. Executive Office Reviews, Strategic Dealer Meetings, Monthly Results Reviews, and other leadership meetings)

  • Meet with key subject matter experts, understand their challenges and dive into analyses in support of EAME-wide topics

  • Use business knowledge to interpret data and communicate its meaning

  • Transform data & analytics into business Definition of Winning

  • Lead projects and manage relations with key stakeholders

  • Drive data efficiencies through automation & collaboration with Industry partners

  • Provide detailed reports and analysis in support of strategic decision making across EAME

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in both written work and data analytics

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and ensure data quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of curiosity and investigative mindset with attention to detail

  • Strong data analysis and visualization skillset. Knowledge of (e.g.) PowerBI, Excel, SQL queries is beneficial

Effective Communications Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Business Data Analysis Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.

Additional Information:

We are back! This role requires being in the office five days a week.

A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
