Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Reporting Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, build robust data models, and partner closely with stakeholders to support decisions across Operations, Customer Care and Marketing. The role also contributes to workforce management initiatives to improve reporting workflows and resource allocation.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop and maintain insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that enable timely, accurate and actionable information for the business.
• 
  Create and maintain scalable data models across multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Optimise performance of reports and dashboards, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into solutions, and provide enablement so teams get the most from Power BI.
• 
  Support workforce management activities to enhance reporting processes and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years’ experience with Power BI, including DAX and M.
• Proven track record in data modelling, ETL and database management.
• Strong Excel skills with an eye for detail and data quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Adaptive problem solving in fast‑paced environments.
