The Business Reporting Administrator is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining operational and business data to support reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and platforms.
Create, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business reports.
Analyze business data and trends to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reports.
Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and leadership teams to gather reporting requirements.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights and recommendations based on reporting analysis.
Maintain databases, reporting templates, and documentation for standardized reporting processes.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities related to reporting automation and data management.
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
Support audits and compliance reporting requirements as needed.
Prepare presentations and summaries for management review meetings.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in reporting, business administration, data analysis, or a related role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
Understanding of KPI development and operational reporting metrics.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
