As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario, we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Business Relationship Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Business Relationship Banking, the Business Relationship Manageris responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio by developing and maintaining strong member relationships within the Arnprior and surrounding markets. They will work both independently and with a Business Relationship Analyst to provide analyses and recommendations on the various aspects of their portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing reporting management (Past Due, Security Deficiencies, Smartsheet), reviewing current accounts annually to ensure compliance and product fit, while promoting the growth of NCU through marketing, events, networking and leveraging centers of influence.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
University degree in Business or related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Strong time management skills and an intimate knowledge of financial statements
Strong understanding of credit structure
Proven ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization
Familiarity of the region, its culture and lifestyle, and a focus on small and medium-sized business would be an asset.

Salary Range: $84,100.00 - $105,200.00
