Job Description

Job Location: ResortCom - Las Vegas, NV 89119
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Position Summary
This position reports to the Business Relations Supervisor and is responsible for coordinating the
documentation of membership modifications.
Essential Functions

• Responsible for initiating process for: Name Changes, Voluntary Surrender, Owner Transfer,
Estoppel, Refinance request
• Answering questions from members on modification process via phone, email and CRM
• Providing appropriate forms and instructions to members
• Quoting and collecting modification fees and process cc payments
• Research accounts/complete intensive research as needed
• Sorting and processing mails, verifying proper documentation including signatures and
notarization and notate completed accounts for reporting purposes
• Sending confirmation of completed modification to Members and Resorts
• Processing Welcome package and Certificates of Ownership request
• Follow up request with Brokers/members/clients
• Assist and answer front office agent questions as needed
• Preparing scheduled Resort Groups reports and Departmental Monthly reports
• All other duties and projects as assigned by management.

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment.  The noise level in this environment is

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Bilingual is a plus
