Provide shared service direct support to the Field License Sales and Consulting Organizations. Management, production and delivery of high quality, compliant, and competitive proposals intended to win and generate new revenue for Oracle. Review completed proposal for responsiveness and compliance Provide direct project management support for the delivery of high quality, competitive proposals to Oracle external prospects. Typical tasks may include: provide direct project management support for the delivery of high quality, competitive proposals. Develop win themes, maintain liaison with external partners and integrators participating in joint operations, analyze proposal to determine delivery specifications and preparation outlines, analyze Evaluation Criteria, develop Feature/Benefit tables, create Storyboards, provide direction regarding compliance with statutory, regulatory and commercial business guidelines provided by prospective and established customers, plan and create text/graphics preparation and control environment for virtual collaboration by internationally disbursed teams, establish and manage the proposal submission schedule, develop proposal preparation instructions, create compliance and author response matrices, develop writing instructions for authors, plan and conduct project kickoff meetings, manage the execution of the proposal development plan, contribute to and/or write executive summaries, establish document version control methods, create document review directions and procedures, manage review and edit cycles, coordinate the final assembly and delivery of proposal, review final proposal for compliance and responsiveness. US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.83 to $63.65 per hour; from: $66,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
