Overview

AOT Central Garage is looking for a temporary Business Project Manager to help modernize and improve the use of its AssetWorks/M5 fleet management system. This position will work directly with AssetWorks representatives and Central Garage staff to clean up and organize existing data, implement underused system features, develop standard operating procedures, and establish practical measures for tracking progress and success. The Project Manager will coordinate training for current staff and help ensure that new procedures and system improvements are documented for future employees. The position will also work closely with the Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator to identify and complete improvements that can be addressed quickly while supporting the larger system implementation.

Who May Apply

This position, Business Project Manager - Temporary (Job Requisition #55811), is open to all State employees and external applicants. This is a temporary position. Temporary work is typically for variable hours and is not expected to be full-time. The State does not guarantee 40 hours of work per week.

Environmental Factors

Work is performed in a standard office setting, but some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.

OR

Associate's degree AND six (6) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.

OR

High School diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
