Details:
This role sits within the B2B CX Enablement team and is responsible for influencing and shaping how work is prioritized, planned, delivered, and measured across the portfolio. This role will partner closely with B2B teams across Product, Client Experience, UX, and our Senior Leadership as well as stakeholders in Data & Analytics and client-facing teams (CSG, CEG). The goal of this role is to build a stronger portfolio management discipline, improving transparency, prioritization, strategy, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making.
The role spans three key focus areas: B2B Portfolio Management, AI Portfolio Strategy Execution, and Scaling Product Team Maturity
Responsibilities:
B2B Portfolio Management
Establish and maintain a single, centralized view of the B2B portfolio (business cases, in-flight initiatives, roadmap, dependencies) with clear linkage between portfolio work and business outcomes (e.g., OKRs, NPS, Divisional Priorities)
Provide real-time insights to leadership (dashboards, reporting, etc.) which will inform roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and trade-off decisions
Create executive storytelling and run regular portfolio reviews for leadership by articulating what is delivered, why, and the business value achieved
AI Portfolio Strategy
Aggregate and prioritize AI use cases into a cohesive, enterprise-aligned portfolio across predictive, automation, agentic, decisioning, and other AI categories
Define and maintain AI roadmap, dependencies, and strategy artifacts aligned to divisional and enterprise priorities; develop executive-level storytelling and promote visibility of AI outcomes and success stories
Translate AI strategy into concrete governance processes and measurements, including: success metrics, in-take processes, leadership prioritization forums, adoption tracking, performance, and ROI of deployed AI tools
Build playbooks and documentation to support scaling of AI solutions through hands-on experimentation and pathways to production
Operationalize the B2B AI strategy in a way that enables our teams to approach AI in a common way through shared frameworks, language, skillsets, and education
Stay current on AI tooling and capabilities to surface relevant opportunities for our product teams
Own and scale a consistent, enterprise-aligned Big Room Planning (BRP) discipline across B2B to improve prioritization, transparency, and delivery predictability; expanding the cadence to include all B2B product teams and ensuring consistent execution across the portfolio
Establish a “common planning clock” with standardized preparation timelines, planning and prioritization timelines, artifacts, and expectations to improve cross-team coordination and readiness
Define and embed planning standards (capacity planning, confidence scoring, dependency management) to strengthen prioritization discipline and increase delivery predictability of the B2B portfolio
Partner with Product and Business Leadership to align priorities, surface trade-offs, and ensure planning outputs reflect enterprise and client experience goals
Continuously improve the BRP process by incorporating feedback, aligning with evolving VWS product practices, and refining tools/templates to reduce friction
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in product strategy, business portfolio management, program management, product operations, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Senior Leadership
Proven ability to drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership
Experience with business portfolio management, business case governance, or Agile planning frameworks (e.g., Big Room Planning)
Familiarity with AI/ML use cases, AI/automation tooling (Co-Pilot, Claude Code, agent-based workflows, etc.) and enterprise AI strategy concepts
Knowledge of Workplace Solutions, Recordkeeping, or B2B Client Experience preferred
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred
