The Professional Affairs Project Manager supports the Professional Affairs organization by establishing, implementing, and managing internal systems, tools, and operational products that enable effective program execution. This role leads cross‑functional project delivery with a focus on system development and optimization, internal product ownership, process standardization, and change management. The Project Manager ensures new and evolving Professional Affairs systems and ways of working are well‑designed, adopted, and sustained through clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing performance tracking.
Delivers assigned projects within an agreed schedule
Work with project stakeholders to assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Ensures effective delivery of the project roadmap, managing change effectively, understanding the value of the initiative and ensuring the appropriate level of transparency via KPI reporting and other communications
Develop project tasks and resource requirements to deliver per identified project scope
Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule; Report and escalate to management as needed
Develops status reporting on projects and monitors metrics on risk, issues, quality, resources, and timelines
Monitors and reviews progress against plan to effectively manage changes and ensure that delivery objectives are met
Coordinates internal resources across internal teams to ensure task completion per the project plan
Achieves improved operational excellence in delivery and increased early warning of issues and challenges, to allow enough time to solve or mitigate
Ensures the project team is using the correct documents and following standard project management practices
Coaches, develops, motivates, and manages project team to ensure optimal performance is achieved
Attends appropriate team meetings to report on projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills
Capability to move quickly between strategic and tactical
Must understand change management and adoption techniques
Strong skills in budget development and management, with demonstrated ability to bring multiple projects in on time and on budget
Work Environment:
Hybrid office environment/setting.
Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job
Experience:
5+ years’ experience in managing multiple commercial projects
Experience managing change during system implementations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Teams[JA2] )
Familiar with platform/tools like Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
PMP / PRINCE II or other PM certification is a plus

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $71,285.00 and $95,046.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
