Business Project Manager (Agile / BPMN)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead projects from requirements gathering through solution implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define future-state processes, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• 
  Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to map current and future business processes.
• 
  Define and document project deliverables, requirements, and process models.
• 
  Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• 
  Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and communication.
• 
  Support Agile delivery teams and structure development activities.
• 
  Ensure implemented solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• 
  Communicate project progress, issues, and impacts to stakeholders.
• 
  Provide recommendations and explain business and technical impacts of proposed solutions.

Requirements

• 
  Extensive experience in Project Management and business transformation projects.
• 
  Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• 
  Experience working in Agile environments
• 
  Knowledge of BPMN process modeling.
• 
  Experience as a Product Owner or similar business-facing role is an advantage.
• 
  Familiarity with TFS/Azure DevOps
• 
  Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to translate complex business concepts into practical solutions.
• 
  Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Practical Information

• Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
• Work Model: Minimum 2 days per week onsite, remote work within Belgium allowed.
• Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Long-term project opportunity.
