About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Project Management

Drive the planning and execution of key business projects and initiatives in alignment with the Middle East regional strategy and annual business objectives, including goal setting, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and project review. Business Analysis & Decision Support

Track regional business performance and key KPIs, identify business trends, key issues, and risks, and provide business analysis and decision support to management. Cross-functional Coordination & Project Execution

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and other functions to drive effective cross-functional collaboration and ensure key initiatives and project tasks are delivered on time. Process & Management Optimization

Establish and continuously improve project management, task tracking, meeting, and review mechanisms, promoting process standardization and digitalization to improve regional operational and collaboration efficiency. Management Initiative Follow-up

Follow up on key management initiatives and decisions, translating management decisions into concrete actions and measurable business results.

2. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields, with cross-functional project experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from planning through execution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
