
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented team member for our Accounting Process Optimization group within the Accounting & Tax organization. This role is critical to advancing the transformation of accounting processes through standardization, automation, and data-driven insights, enabling a more efficient, scalable, and controlled operating environment.
Aligned with the POET (Process Optimization through the Enablement of Technology) strategy, this individual will partner with Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Technology to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that modernize financial operations.
The Lead Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and enabling optimized end-to-end accounting processes—leveraging automation, business process re-engineering, and emerging technologies—to reduce manual effort, enhance accuracy, and strengthen internal controls. This includes driving efficiencies across key areas such as financial close, reconciliations, analytics and reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strong blend of accounting or finance expertise, process improvement capability, and change management. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to influence in a matrixed environment, deliver measurable efficiency gains, and enable sustainable technology-driven process improvements aligned to Accounting and Tax priorities.

Qualified candidates will typically have 5-8 years of Accounting/ Finance experience inclusive of a proven track record of effective process optimization leveraging automation/AI along with complex project delivery skills. Candidates must be strong collaborators with excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills.
