About the job

Our MBA Internship Program will immerse you into the tech industry on a high-impact team. You’ll enhance your skill set, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in our business. Outside of your core work, you will participate in a program that exposes you to Google’s business operations, connects you with interns and Googlers, and invests in your personal and professional development.

As a Program Manager Intern on the gUP Operations Intake and Readiness team, you will bridge strategic vision and operational execution by managing intake and mobilization and launch readiness workflows. In this role, you will enable cross-gUP alignment against strategic priorities, harness AI-powered solutions to streamline processes, and operationalise launch readiness transforming complex product requirements into scalable, cost-effective, and user-centric operations solutions that deliver impact at scale.

In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's varied product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).
