At Roche you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, where you are valued, accepted and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters.
This position is designed for an experienced professional with a demonstrated track record of both rigorous program and project execution and the change management required to drive solution adoption within the Biotech/Pharma landscape.
Disciplined program and project management, milestone tracking, and active execution are core to this role - as is the stakeholder alignment, change and communication strategies required to embed outcomes into sustainable, "business as usual" operations. Both disciplines are essential to realizing the full value of any initiative we deliver.
In this role, you will bridge technical, operational, and business boundaries - combining hands-on delivery expertise with change management principles to ensure initiatives hit key milestones, overcome operational friction and adoption barriers, and realize their intended business value.
We welcome applications from accomplished professionals with a strong background in program/project and change management - and a demonstrated ability to operate credibly across both disciplines. Recognizing our need to scale capabilities in an increasingly data-driven environment, we are specifically interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between technical teams—including software engineers and data scientists—and business execution and solution adoption. Experience or a strong understanding of Data Science and Analytics projects, coupled with demonstrated digital curiosity and broad knowledge in areas like Agentic AI, will be highly valued as a critical asset for success in this role.
As Business & Program Management Leader your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
