The Business Process Transformation role is responsible for driving end-to-end process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across TEC countries. This role focuses on analysing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency.
Working in close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role facilitates the adoption of digital solution. It focuses on enhancing business performance by identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation, and continuous improvement.
The position also leads transformation projects from requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and change management. A strong emphasis is placed on process governance and data-driven decision-making. This role ensures that business processes are efficient and aligned with the long-term growth of BU TEC.
