• This person will provide support for the execution of IT projects for our Latin American (LatAm) countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Perú but based in Madrid

• We are look for an engineer or similar (technical role) that really wants to deep dive into business process by helping to implement IT processes and tools

Among other things, this role will:

• This role works closely with local business from the different areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations or Finance, while collaborating with IT teams for project implementation. It is therefore a cross-functional role that will acquire a high-level knowledge about the company processes through IT projects. The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Analyse business processes to find optimization through automation and IT tools

• Gathering and filtering business demands from different areas that requires a technical solution

• Finding synergies between the different demands across LatAm countries and areas

• Analysing data and conducting business cases that supports ROI used for prioritisation

• Creating dashboards to follow-up on projects

• Presenting business needs to IT teams, mainly to the solution architects

• Supporting on the prioritisation of the demands

• Following up on the IT projects

Job requirements

• Technical background: Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Maths

• Experience in programming in any language

• Experience in designing technical solutions & managing projects

• almost 1+ year experience in IT project management

• Experience in IT Consulting will be highly valued
