• You can document, analyse, and evaluate business processes — mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Process modelling is in your toolkit — you can visualise current and future-state processes accurately using structured approaches and standard notation.
• You understand how to connect process improvements to customer outcomes, building value propositions that support business decision-making.
• Design thinking shapes how you approach problems — combining empathy, structure, and creativity to develop practical solutions.
• A practical approach to AI — you use automation and AI tools in daily work, design effective prompts, prototype solutions, and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Degree not required for this role.

What you'll build

You will contribute to consulting engagements in the oil, gas, and mining industries, supporting process design, documentation, and customer deliverables as part of SAP's Cloud ERP delivery team.

• Support process documentation and mapping across Cloud ERP implementations in oil, gas, and mining environments.
• Assist in evaluating industry and technology trends to inform process design recommendations.
• Map business processes to solution requirements using existing SAP capabilities.
• Contribute to transition and strategic planning activities aligned with customer objectives.
• Support change management efforts to help customers adopt new end-to-end process designs.
• Prepare customer materials and assist in delivering consulting engagements.

Where you belong

You will join the Global Delivery Hub Cloud ERP team within SAP Services, working with consultants focused on the oil, gas, and mining industries. Based in Dubai, you will contribute to transformation programmes for energy and resources customers across the region. This is a strong moment to join — as the sector accelerates its digital shift, your work will directly shape how leading organisations redesign core processes on SAP's cloud platform.
