
Under general supervision, this position performs professional level work involving research and analysis of a variety of routine/semi routine administrative and operational support duties in the area of project management, quality management, performance measurement, change management and business process improvement. Provides support and assistance to senior process consultants, auditors and team leaders.

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join the Austin City Attorney’s Office team to provide operational support to ensure City Council related documents are accurately processed and provide administrative support to executive management team members.
The Business Process Specialist works directly with attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, executive level management and City Council offices. The successful candidate would be responsible for learning and managing the City’s agenda processing software, trainings, record keeping, as well as calendaring and attending meetings with the department’s executive team, and complete other administrative duties as assigned in a timely and accurate manner.
