Job Description

In this position...

You will leverage your process design, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills to build and sustain a world-class S&OP Supply Review capability. In this role, you will be responsible for developing constraint management frameworks, scenario planning tools, and decision-ready deliverables that enable leadership to align supply response with market demand. You will also support transformation initiatives that bridge current-state manual processes to target-state system-enabled planning

What you'll do...

S&OP Process Design & Improvement:

Support the design and continuous improvement of the S&OP Supply Review process by building and maintaining constraint management frameworks, scenario planning tools, and decision templates under the direction of the S&OP process lead.

Technology Enablement:

Support the migration from current-state manual processes to Kinaxis Maestro by documenting process rules and decision logic, assisting with system configuration requirements, and validating that target-state tools reflect the approved process architecture.

Transformation Management Office (TMO) Support:

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams in support of broader supply chain transformation initiatives. Track milestones, maintain deliverable quality, and facilitate stakeholder communication on behalf of the transformation lead.

You’ll Have…

  • Bachelor's Degree – in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience (coop/internship experience will be considered)

  • Demonstrated experience working with Advanced Planning Systems (preferably Kinaxis)

Even Better if You Have…

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics or Industrial Engineering

  • Data Analysis & Presentation (leveraging Excel/Alteryx/Power BI or similar data management tool experience)

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

  • Prior tenure working in a Sales & Operating Plan (S&OP) environment

  • Process improvement/problem-solving skills
