GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Business Process Specialist – exists within StructureCare’s centralized Business Process team. The scope of “business process” and it’s team at StructureCare is defined by all things process, systems, training, and administration. This role involves working closely with cross functional teams to ensure that processes, systems, training, and administrative tasks are aligned with the organization's goals. In addition, this role will provide “business process” support related to the strategic and accelerated growth initiatives of the business and its leaders, as well as other special projects as assigned by Director of Operational Excellence at StructureCare.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • H.S. diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on leadership support, regulatory compliance, project management, and/or construction.
  • Ability to work at all levels of an organization with flexibility in a fast paced, evolving work environment.
  • Flexible, Adaptable, Resilient, and Tenacious. Able to work in an ambiguous situations with a propensity to persevere.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work remotely with teams of people across territories and disciplines
  • Adaptability to changing regulations and the ability to learn and implement new processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products (intermediate user) and familiarity with licensing software or databases (preferred).
  • ProCore, SAP, and Salesforce Experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of licensing and permitting concepts (preferred)
  • Ability to comprehend local and state business licensing and permitting requirements (preferred)

LICENSE, CERTIFICATES OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Notary Public preferred
  • ProCore certifications preferred

DIMENSIONS:
Multiple simultaneous projects with impact to prospective and active projects for 5 or more StructureCare territories.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Currently the Business Process Specialist –Reports to StructureCare’s Business Process Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Business Process Support – Partner with the Business Process Manager to align on the organizational needs and provide assistance in analyzing, optimizing and maintaining business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement - Develop and document standardized and centralized processes to improve operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes while continuously monitoring performance and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Systems Maintenance - Work with IT and other departments to integrate new systems and tools that support business processes. Ensure that business systems are maintained and updated to meet organizational needs. Identify and resolve system-related issues that impact business processes.
  • Training - Create training materials and documentation to support process changes and system implementations. Provide training to employees on new processes and systems to ensure smooth adoption as well as offer ongoing support and guidance to employees, helping them adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Communication and Reporting - Develop and maintain clear and concise communication channels and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, facilitate informed decision-making, and support continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Compliance Monitoring - Continuously monitoring and verifying that internal controls and procedures are being followed.
  • Compliance Audits - Responsible for evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of StructureCare processes.
  • Administrative Tasks - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Special Projects – Due to the uncertainty associated with high growth businesses this function of the role will be defined as needed but relied upon significantly.
  • StructureCare Office Presence – This role is primarily office-based. Remote work is permitted only with prior approval from the President of StructureCare.

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Promote the interest and favorable image of the High companies. Support and sustain the values of the High Philosophy.
  • Represent the company at meetings with legal counsel and state and local officials offices.
  • Attend various meetings, training seminars, and special courses, etc.
  • Complete any identified and required professional development or needed certifications.
