The Opportunity

The Business Process Quality Senior Professional is responsible for managing customer quality topics and driving structured quality improvements across the organization. The role ensures a data-driven approach to quality performance, supports project quality, and strengthens internal processes beyond production in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

How you´ll make an impact

  • Manage customer quality topics, including complaints handling (CCRP), case coordination, and structured RCA / 8D reporting
  • Ensure effective handling and closure of customer cases, including follow-up and communication
  • Analyze customer complaints, project quality cases, and recurring deviations to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Lead improvement initiatives linked to customer and project quality cases, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and followed up
  • Lead analysis of T-NPS / customer satisfaction feedback, ensuring red flags, trends, and improvement actions are properly followed up and translated into preventive improvements
  • Develop and improve quality dashboards / reports to provide visibility of complaint trends, COPQ impact, case status, and improvement progress
  • Coordinate quality topics across functions and strengthen internal quality processes and ways of working across the value chain
  • Share lessons learned across functions to prevent recurrence and strengthen quality awareness

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Additional certification in Quality (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience in quality management within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of process quality and quality assurance practices
  • Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, RCA, A3)
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication skills in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
