The opportunity:
Process engineers to support with ADONIS common manufacturing process flow mapping and critical steps identification with special characteristics and knowledge in PFMEA.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop, review, and maintain end-to-end process maps using tools such as ADONIS or similar BPM tools

  • Ensure all processes are accurately documented, standardized, and aligned with business requirements.

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Conduct detailed process analysis to improve cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma methodologies preferred).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.

  • Develop and maintain PFMEA documentation for critical processes.

  • Identify potential failure modes and implement preventive and corrective actions

  • Ensure PFMEA is integrated with control plans and operational workflows.

  • Conduct process audits across multiple factories/locations to ensure adherence to defined standards.

  • Identify deviations and drive corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

  • Drive harmonisation of processes across sites, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Work with site stakeholders to align best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Lead initiatives to reduce variability between different plants.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process standards and tools.

  • Present findings, insights, and improvement plan to leadership.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background;

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

  • 5+ years of experience in Process engineering

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification. (preferred)

  • Experience in manufacturing / multi-site operations environment.

  • Exposure to digital process transformation or BPM tools.
