
Proactively identifies and engages customer technical decision makers and influencers while partnering with sales teams to help shape and execute sales strategy. Leverages deep technical, domain, and industry expertise to build customer credibility and lead complex, high‑impact technical wins. Applies competitive insights, advanced solution design, and partner ecosystem collaboration to drive customer success, scale wins across subsidiaries, and influence Microsoft sales, engineering, and product strategy. Acts as a technical thought leader, mentor, and strategic advisor across cross‑workload, cross‑team, and cross‑geography engagements.
