Manchester city centre (hybrid working between home and two days a week in the office https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy)
We’re looking for two Business Process Partners to join our Process Services team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for our member-owners every day’.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in helping us get the very best from our SAP S/4HANA platform. Working alongside Finance teams, senior leaders, and technical experts, you’ll connect people, processes, and technology to make sure the way we work is efficient, effective, and fit for the future.
You’ll spot opportunities to improve how things are done, bring the right people together to solve problems and help shape the future direction of our finance processes. Whether you’re supporting business priorities, influencing change programmes or helping colleagues adopt new ways of working, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference across Co-op.
Why this role matters
By improving our finance processes and helping teams get the most from our SAP solutions, you’ll help make everyday work simpler, smarter, and more connected. Your work will support better decision-making, drive continuous improvement and help us deliver the transformation needed to achieve our Co-op vision.
