Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Business Process Lead to lead a key workstream within a large-scale CRM implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in process improvement, project leadership, and complex system implementations who enjoys driving business transformation and operational efficiency.

Location: Sacramento, CA

Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a CRM process area, including Customer Service, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Dispatch, Reporting, or Post-Collections.
• Oversee process design, gap analysis, and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, validation, and system configuration.
• Manage workstream timelines, resources, risks, and project updates.
• Partner with business leaders, vendors, and stakeholders on implementation strategies.
• Support change management, employee training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 6+ years of waste management experience preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Dispatch, Reporting, or Post-Collections.
• Background in process design and optimization.
• Experience with complex system implementations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $95K to $120K, depending on experience.
