This role offers the opportunity to improve business performance by designing scalable processes, optimizing operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
You will support strategic go-to-market initiatives by connecting sales operations, business systems, reporting, and process improvement efforts.

Accountabilities:
The Business Process Operations Analyst (GTM) will support go-to-market operations by improving business processes, developing reporting frameworks, and enabling teams with actionable insights and operational solutions.
- Support annual and quarterly go-to-market planning activities, including territory planning, account coverage, capacity planning, and pipeline management.
- Analyze sales productivity metrics, revenue performance indicators, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with revenue operations teams to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and scalable sales processes.
- Design, document, and optimize business processes by mapping current and future workflows using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and process improvements across sales and partner organizations.
- Develop standardized operating procedures and governance frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirements discovery sessions to support business transformation initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform trend analysis and provide recommendations based on business performance data.
- Support reporting, analytics, data quality improvements, and process adoption within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance CRM utilization, business automation, and data governance.
- Manage workflows, reporting, and operational governance activities through Jira Service Management.
- Support partner ecosystem operations, including partner planning, performance tracking, co-sell initiatives, and channel reporting.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and business growth.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business operations, go-to-market planning, process improvement, and analytics, with the ability to connect business needs with technology solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM planning, sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations roles.
- 5+ years of experience in business process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements, conducting analysis, and developing functional documentation.
- Experience supporting executive reporting, operational planning, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Strong experience working within Microsoft-centric business environments.
- Advanced Power BI dashboard development and reporting skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 reporting, analytics, CRM data quality, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Jira Service Management administration, workflows, and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Experience with business process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong business analysis skills, including BRD creation, functional specifications, user stories, workflow analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience in Microsoft partner ecosystems, IT services, professional services, managed services, SaaS, cloud services, CRM, or ERP environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, CBPP, PMI-PBA, Agile Scrum, Atlassian Jira, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
