The role of the Business Process Manager Order to Cash within LEAP is to lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of key O2C capabilities across Pernod Ricard’s ERP landscape, with a strong focus on pricing, customer master data, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities
Your key missions
Design remaining detailed O2C ERP processes, ensuring a seamless flow across the full order-to-cash cycle, from customer master data creation and pricing determination to order capture, fulfillment, billing, and issue resolution. Focus on accuracy, efficiency, and scalability to support diverse market and customer requirements.
Be in charge of ERP Customization for O2C: work closely with the ERP implementation team to ensure the solution supports critical business requirements across pricing, customer master data, order management, and related O2C processes, while maintaining overall process standardization and harmonization.
Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, tech, and master data teams to align pricing, customer data, and end-to-end O2C processes with overall business operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and business value delivery.
Perform fit-gap analysis workshops on site in collaboration with internal stakeholders as part of upcoming rollouts. Facilitate discussions around identified gaps and assess whether they require enhancements to the global template or can be addressed through local adaptations.
Secure data readiness for rollout & scale Own end‑to‑end O2C data migration readiness for Iberia (master data, transactional data, reconciliation rules, cutover playbooks), lead Mock cycles and defect closure for identified objects, and apply reusable migration standards and governance to accelerate Phase 1 countries onboarding.
Stabilize and industrialize O2C process documentation Finalize and refine global process design, business rules, and SAP configuration documentation across pricing, customer master data, and broader O2C processes based on Detailed Design outcomes, E2E learnings, and market specifics; ensure TAG/Iberia deviations are fully documented to feed a clean, scalable baseline for future markets.
Drive change management & business adoption Lead O2C change impact assessments across pricing, customer master data, order management, billing, and related operational processes for Phase 1 rollout markets. Translate process and system changes into clear business impacts by role and function (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, and Tech), identify adoption risks and readiness gaps, and define targeted mitigation actions. Structure and coordinate role-based change plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training reinforcement, local champion activation, and business readiness checkpoints.
Design and deliver training & capability build-up Lead the development and deployment of O2C training and capability-building initiatives across pricing, customer master data, and end-to-end operational processes. Structure and facilitate workshops covering business processes, SAP transactions, controls, and E2E scenarios; ensure training materials, user guidance, simulations, and train-the-trainer approaches are robust, scalable, and reusable across markets. Support business readiness by strengthening user understanding, reinforcing process ownership, and enabling consistent adoption of the global template during rollouts and post go-live stabilization.

You have a Master's degree engineering or business school
You have 5 -10 years’ years of experience with:
Experience in Order-to-Cash process design and operations within a CPG environment, with strong exposure to pricing and customer master data
Consumer goods sector experience across commercial, customer service, and customer master data or sales operations functions
You have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly across pricing, customer master data, customer BP, and end-to-end O2C processes
The role offers opportunities to join deployment teams across EMEA, APAC, and other regions
You are fluent in English . French or Spanish languages are a plus but not mandatory
You have project management experience and the ability to be hands-on as well as having a strategic vision. Experience in roll outs is required
Willingness to travel is required, including regular travel across EMEA and occasionally globally, to support rollout activities.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong adaptability, the ability to perform effectively in changing environments, and a proven capacity to manage stress in a fast-paced, project-driven context.
