What tasks are waiting for you?
• Design, develop and document the best practice business processes (analyzing, designing, implementing, maintaining) for production, service and return processes, in close collaboration with Operation, wholesale and retail.
• Ensure local adaptation and constant improvement of the agreed business processes.
• Participate in various projects related to the business process management.
• Defining and prioritizing requirements to IT, to support the Business processes, hereunder participating in rolling out new ERP systems.
It would be great if you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree related with e.g. Business or Project Management, Business Administration or similar;
• experience in working in cross functional projects;
• knowledge about ERP (preferable, AX 2012 and Microsoft D365 F&O) and Business Process Management;
• strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
• preferable knowledge and experience working with Lean;
• very good level of English;
• skills to communicate and manage your own time and adapt to new tasks/priorities;
• possibility to travel (around 25 days per year).
