Job Description

Currently Recruit 121 is seeking a Business Process Manager to support a global External Manufacturing & Supply organisation undergoing rapid expansion.

You will join a central team responsible for PMO and Master Data Operations for external manufacturing globally.

This is a highly collaborative role working with technical experts such as production planners and PMO specialists. Your key value is the ability to turn technical complexity into clear, business-friendly global operating procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation that can be used reliably across international operations.

Tasks

  • Translate process mapping and gap assessments into clear, global business procedures
  • Write and maintain GOPs, SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts to capture and standardise processes
  • Support global process alignment across external manufacturing partners
  • Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Support KPI, metrics, and performance tracking where relevant

Requirements

  • Strong experience in process documentation (GOPs, SOPs, work instructions)
  • Business process management with a track record in global standardisation
  • Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations
  • Experience with SAP operations (execution, planning, purchasing, goods movement)
  • Process mapping and gap analysis capability
  • Effective change management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
