Cargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with producers and customers to source, make and deliver products that are vital for living. By providing customers with life’s essentials, we enable businesses to grow, communities to prosper, and consumers to live well.

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Process Management Advisor serves as a process excellence, business process management, and continuous improvement partner across Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), supporting business transformation teams, ERP deployment teams, capability leaders, process owners, and DT&D product teams as they improve and scale end-to-end processes across the enterprise. In this role, you will provide structured support for process standardization, business readiness, adoption, governance, and value realization through both transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also help establish and advance Lean Six Sigma capabilities across ANH post go-live, partnering with regional and functional leaders, super users, and key stakeholders to stabilize, optimize, and continuously improve end-to-end processes, controls integration, service performance, and user experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as a strategic process excellence and continuous improvement partner to ANH leaders, business transformation teams, ERP deployment teams, and DT&D product teams, supporting business readiness, process standardization, adoption, and value realization.
• Support business transformation activities across ANH regions and workstreams, ensuring alignment between global standards, regional requirements, and local adoption needs.
• Provide business process management and Lean Six Sigma support across end-to-end processes, helping functions and workstreams improve process maturity, simplify execution, and strengthen business performance.
• Lead and facilitate process discovery, current-state and future-state mapping, gap analysis, and solution design workshops to support deployment decisions, process harmonization, and practical adoption.
• Partner with capability owners, process owners, product owners, subject matter experts, and DT&D teams to define business requirements, evaluate solution options, and align people, process, data, and technology changes.
• Guide teams in the development, deployment, and sustainment of standard work, process documentation, role clarity, training content, and handoffs required for successful go-live, stabilization, and ongoing performance.
• Drive post go-live continuous improvement by establishing and advancing a Lean Six Sigma approach across ANH, focused on waste reduction, process optimization, service quality, controls effectiveness, and user experience.
• Coach business teams, super users, and stakeholders in structured problem solving, root cause analysis, waste identification, control planning, and benefits tracking to build sustainable continuous improvement capability across the enterprise.
• Identify, prioritize, and mature cross-functional improvement opportunities by combining process insights, stakeholder feedback, system data, and performance metrics to create a value-driven pipeline of process, policy, and technology improvements.
• Support the development and monitoring of key process and business metrics, using those measures to identify performance gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and support realization of expected benefits.
• Assist in embedding Controls 2.0 requirements into process design, standard work, handoffs, metrics, and governance across end-to-end processes, including upstream and downstream activities that materially affect compliance, reporting quality, operational discipline, or control execution.
• Lead through influence across capability owners, process owners, regional teams, transformation leaders, shared service partners, and DT&D partners to remove barriers, manage risk, and sustain adoption of process and system changes.
• Support leadership reviews by providing clear, decision-ready updates on process risks, readiness, adoption, optimization opportunities, controls integration, and value realization progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
