In this role, you will support and lead Business Process Intelligence initiatives that enable and accelerate the digitalization of our regional and global Finance organization. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive and enhance innovative BI and AI solutions to optimize financial processes, reporting, and planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead Business Process Intelligence activities to enable efficient digitalization within global and regional Finance functions
• Drive and enhance BI & AI options in finance processes in coordination with IT and diverse stakeholders
• Deliver global reporting and planning solutions, including standard BI analyses, dashboards, and management reports (e.g., sales, operational, profitability, and business unit analyses)
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Business Process Intelligence initiatives
• Lead technology development projects related to finance process digitalization
• Create and maintain guidelines, principles, policies, and standards for Business Process Intelligence
• Ensure high quality of digitalization solutions, including IT architecture compliance and IT security
• Support compliance with company guidelines and governance frameworks

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in finance digitalization, especially with BI and AI tools, strong knowledge of digitalization tools, programming, and data analytics
• Tools: Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW on HANA, and Snowflake preferred
• Process and Analytical Skills: Excellent technical and analytical skills applied to finance processes
• Project and Change Management: Skilled in managing change and digital transformation projects
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable working in cross-cultural, interdisciplinary teams
• Mindset: Open-mindedness towards new technologies and leadership development, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for business process intelligence
