This role is based within the Warsaw COE, operating in a highly cross-functional and international environment. You will collaborate closely with business partners across geographies. The position does not require regular travel, but it offers strong exposure to global stakeholders and initiatives. Reporting within the COE structure, with visibility across multiple functional areas, you will play a key role in supporting Customer Care Order Operations by driving improvements, enabling tool and process transformations, and contributing to the evolution of the operating model.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Previous involvement in cross-functional or cross-country initiatives, experience in process transformation, automation, or system/tool implementation and exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or structured problem-solving approaches are nice to haves.
