This role is based within the Warsaw COE, operating in a highly cross-functional and international environment. You will collaborate closely with business partners across geographies. The position does not require regular travel, but it offers strong exposure to global stakeholders and initiatives. Reporting within the COE structure, with visibility across multiple functional areas, you will play a key role in supporting Customer Care Order Operations by driving improvements, enabling tool and process transformations, and contributing to the evolution of the operating model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Own and drive the scope of process, product, and tool integrations, transformations, transitions, and overall improvements
  • Evaluate, develop, and execute cross-functional projects for key business processes (Customer Care Order Operations)
  • Manage intake process for tool enhancements; assess business requirements, define technical requirements, and coordinate developments
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support organization in optimizing operations together with business partners
  • Act as a key connector between teams and functions, driving alignment and enabling decisions across stakeholders
  • Own visibility of initiatives by monitoring progress, highlighting risks, and ensuring follow-through
  • Provide guidance and support for markets in knowledge transfer and transition of processes – cooperation internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain trustworthy relationship with all stakeholders (RO, COE teams, other functions e.g., IT, Pricing, PMO, external partners etc.)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong operational knowledge (process & systems/tools - min 3 years of MDT experience)
  • Proven ability to operate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working in complex operational environments (e.g., Customer Care, Supply Chain, Shared Services)
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives forward, and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify interdependencies and translate insights into actions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)


Previous involvement in cross-functional or cross-country initiatives, experience in process transformation, automation, or system/tool implementation and exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) or structured problem-solving approaches are nice to haves.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Poland: 112,000.00 PLN - 168,000.00 PLN | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
