The Business Process Expertoperatesas a senior, global authority responsible for shaping, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end process. The role partners closely with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and cross-functional leadership to define the future-state vision,establishrobust governance, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
Business Process Expertensures that processes are not only well-designed, controlled, and scalable, but also effectively implemented, adopted, and sustained across regions. Acting at an enterprise level, the Business Process Expert drives alignment between strategy, operations, and financial outcomes, with a strong focus on cash performance, risk management, and user-centric design.

As the Business Process Expert on globalend-to-endprocessesyou will:
Defineandevolvethe future-state vision for your process domain.
Design scalable, standardized end-to-end processes that supportHaleon'sglobal operating model.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Digital teams to align business requirements with process design.
Lead global workshops and governance forums to drive decisions and build alignment across regions and functions.
Analyze existing processes,identifyinefficienciesand deliver improvements that enhance cash performance,controland operational effectiveness.
Ensure successful implementation by partnering with Change, Training and Adoption teams to embed new ways of working.
Support business readiness throughout the transformation journey, ensuring a smooth transition from current to future-state processes.
Monitor process performance,governanceand adoption, driving continuous improvement beyondprogrammedelivery.
Whatyou'llbring
We'relooking for someone who combines deep Order to Cashexpertisewith 8-10 years of relevant experience and the ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation.
You'llbring:
Extensive Finance experience with deepexpertiseacross the end-to-end Lead to Cash / Order to Cash process.
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:collections, deductions, credit management, cashapplication
Experienceoperatingas a Global Process Owner, Business Process Owner, Process Excellence Lead, or in a similar enterprise process leadership rolein one or more of the areas listed above (8-10 years)
Experience designing,standardizingor transforming business processes within complex globalorganisations
Exposure to SAP-enabled transformationprogrammes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
Analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and translate insights into practical business improvements.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional decision-making in a global matrix environment.
Facilitation,communicationand stakeholder engagement skills.
A passion for continuous improvement and building processes that deliver lasting business value.

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide.
