Help strengthen Philips’ Integrated Supply Chain Center of Excellence footprint in Poland by connecting operations, transformation, and process excellence to improve how we deliver for our customers.
Your role
Support the modernization and simplification of Order Management processes, helping teams resolve operational, system, and data-related challenges.
Act as a bridge between the ISC Center of Excellence and operational teams in Poland, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment, and adoption of new standards, tools, and ways of working.
Contribute to business transformation initiatives, supporting activities such as process design, testing, deployment, training readiness, and ongoing improvement.
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Quality teams to enable reliable execution across businesses and regions.
Gain exposure to global transformation programs, process management, and systems integration in an international setting.
You’re the right fit if you:
Bring at least 2 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Process Improvement, or a related area, with exposure to project management, change management, Lean, QMS or transformation initiatives.
Have strong collaboration and problem-solving skills and enjoy supporting operational teams with process and system improvements.
Are interested in digital processes and systems, and have experience working with SAP (e.g., process support, testing, deployment, or solution design).
Strong analytical skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI/ Pulse), Jira
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
