YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Process Excellence Professional to join our team located in Istanbul, at our Emaar/Genel Mudurluk office. This role falls within the Core Transversal Functions division, specifically the Performance Management and Business Process Excellence organisational unit, contributing to our strategic objective of optimising logistics operations through continuous process improvements.

As a Business Process Excellence Professional, you will be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing efficient and effective business processes within our Contract Logistics sector. Your expertise will support CEVA Logistics Turkey's mission to deliver exceptional logistics services by driving operational excellence and enhancing overall performance management..

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyse current business processes across various functions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document improved workflows that align with organisational objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead initiatives for process standardisation and optimisation, including the deployment of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes and propose adjustments as necessary.
• Support change management efforts by communicating process improvements, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
• Work closely with IT and data analytics teams to leverage digital tools and automation technologies that enhance process efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management regarding progress, challenges, and outcomes of business process excellence initiatives.
• Review customer contracts to ensure operational requirements, cost components and invoicing terms are aligned with agreed service scope.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or performance management within the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Strong knowledge of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business process modelling tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with process automation platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
