CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Process Excellence Professional to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This position plays a critical role within our Core Transversal Functions division, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement across contract logistics activities. The successful candidate will be part of the Implementation and Zero Defect Startup unit, contributing directly to our organisational commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, analyse, and optimise existing business processes within contract logistics to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives that align with company-wide quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and IT to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Establish and maintain compliance with established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements relevant to logistics operations.
  • Develop clear process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics to facilitate smooth transitions and sustain improvements.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Zero Defect programmes aimed at achieving operational perfection and high customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to encourage a culture of excellence and continuous learning among employees.
  • Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations based on process analysis and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management within the logistics sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyse complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and formulate effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, both written and spoken.
